To ensure the best fit, you will need to measure the bust, waist, and hips.

Bust: With your arms at your side, place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Make sure that the tape measure remains parallel to the floor.  Waist: While standing, wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably loose.  Hips: While standing with your feet together, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and your knees. This is approximately 8 inches below your waist. Make sure that the tape measure remains parallel to the floor. Please feel free to email us with any questions!

Do you combine shipping?
Yes! The discounts depend on the final weight of the delivery. Please ask!

When will you ship my articles?
The items will be shipped within two days upon receipt of payment.

When will I get my articles?
As we send the clothing directly from Thailand it is our aim to deliver all orders within 10 -14 working days of your payment being received. Please feel free to email us with any questions!

Do you offer a freight insurance?
Yes! All of our deliveries are protected by a freight insurance. This service is FREE for you.

Can I mail you my payment using a money order?  I have an excellent feedback!
No! Sorry, at this time we only can accept PayPal payments.

Return policy:
If you decide that something you ordered isn't exactly what you want, we'll take it back as a return. Just send your unwashed, unused and unworn item to us. Upon receiving the item within 30 days upon closing of auction, the bidded/purchase price will be refunded to you. Shipping charges for non-defective products returned are not refundable, and we can't be responsible for returns lost while in transit to us. Kindly note that there will be no returns or exchanges for clearance items. No refunds would be made for apparels that have been washed or used.

Can I trust in your products?
Yes! All of our apparels are brand new and have not been worn for photo taking to safeguard your hygiene. They are stored in smoke-free environment and are carefully inspected to ensure that they are free from defects. We purchase only from trusted manufacturers.
